It takes a special individual to serve as Member Services Advisor for The Ritz-Carlton Club. It’s not just knowing the Club locations and their world-class amenities; it’s using this knowledge to help select the perfect vacation for each and every Member.

Justin F. has the knowledge and work ethic to support The Ritz-Carlton Club and beyond.

“I have had quite a few different jobs in my life, including customer service,” Justin explains. “I like to do different things; I think that's what kind of led me here.”

Justin is a multi-brand agent working with The Ritz-Carlton Club, in addition to supporting the leadership team.

Justin is ready and waiting for new Members to converse with him regarding their new Memberships.

“Within our calls, we cover every aspect of Membership,” he says. “It's basically like a mini training session, depending on how many questions the Member has.”

This informative introductory call provides the Member details on the vacation options found at The Ritz-Carlton Club. It also serves as the first opportunity to get to know the Member, their family, and their vacation goals.

A common reason for a call is a Member deciding where to spend their next vacation. With a variety of resorts to choose from in a diverse set of locations, Justin has a system for figuring out which Ritz-Carlton Club destination is the perfect fit.

“I usually will try to see if they're more interested in warm weather or cold weather,” he says.

The Ritz-Carlton Club, St. Thomas is probably the number one destination for warm weather, Justin says. The Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands and The Ritz-Carlton Club, Lake Tahoe, are good for multiple seasons.

Justin is also prepared to mention other vacation opportunities, such as when Members who are enrolled in The Lion & Crown Exchange Program have the annual option to elect to receive Club Points through Abound by Marriott Vacations.

“I think the Abound option is something that has been growing steadily since I've been here,” he explains. “Members are interested in it because it opens up so many more options.”

Through the Abound exchange program, Members have more choices than just resorts. They can reserve vacation homes through Villas of Distinction, book luxury cruise itineraries, and take curated guided tours. And which option is most popular?

“Definitely the guided tours,” Justin says. “The people that love them really love them.”

Spending a lot of time on the phone and speaking with Members is a big part of Justin’s day-to-day activities. Whether it’s introducing a new Member to the exciting vacation opportunities, or speaking with a seasoned Member about where their family should vacation next, he’s always interacting with someone. The good news? That’s just how he likes it.

“There's just a really good vibe to the whole job,” he says. “And I think that’s my favorite part.”
