ELIGIBILITY: The Instant Win Game is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states of the United States, Washington, D.C. and Aruba who are guests at participating Marriott Vacation Club, Sheraton Vacation Club and Westin Vacation Club resorts (referred to together as the “Resorts” and singularly as a “Resort”) during the Promotion Period who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. This Instant Win Game is not open to the general public. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, website providers, web masters, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they live), and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to verify the eligibility of winners.
2. HOW TO PLAY: To play the Instant Win Game, scratch off the Game Card in front of the Resort associate where indicated to reveal a message. If a winning message is revealed, guest will win the prize specified, subject to verification by showing the Game Card to the Resort associate. Winning Game Cards will be retained by Resort associate for Sponsor.
Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game play per villa, per family. All entries must be complete to be eligible to enter and win.
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed to be proof of winning by Sponsor.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, damaged, stolen, misdirected, unintelligible, or illegible entries, which will be disqualified. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account-holder. Entries specifying an invalid, nonworking, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. All participants agree that Sponsor shall own the Game Card plays. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, service providers, or prize suppliers may use participants’ personal information submitted with participation for purposes of Instant Win Game administration and prize fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entry to outside solicitors.
3. INSTANT WIN GAME WINNER CLAIMS: If your Game Card reveals a winning message, you may retain a photograph of the Game Card for your records. 4. PRIZES: A limited number of prizes will be awarded for Instant Win Game wins, as follows:
Overall odds: 1:110.24. Allow 4 – 6 weeks for fulfillment of the Prize. Total ARV of all instant win prizes: $246,250. Number of prizes available will diminish as they are awarded. UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED INSTANT WIN PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Any and all applicable federal, state, local, and municipal taxes, and all fees and expenses (such as airfare, ground transportation, parking, security fees, gratuities, luggage fees, resort fees, meals, and incidental charges) related to acceptance and use of each prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the appropriate retail value of his/her prize. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. Prizes are provided “as-is” and without any warranty of any kind. Sponsor and Sponsor’s agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, prize suppliers, or service providers may use entrants’ personal information submitted with entry for purposes of Instant Win Game administration and prize fulfillment. Sponsor will not sell personal information submitted with entry to outside solicitors. Every time participants receive a marketing email or a direct mailer promoting a sweepstakes or contest, they will have the choice to opt-out of future marketing emails and sweepstakes/contest mailers, respectively, by following the instructions provided therein.
